Wasn’t it enough to change the focus of the second shot and keeping the same composition, using your tripod of course? Anyhow they are very good shots, for me they represent the dream of escaping from prison :)

I didn't have it in mind when I captured it. As for the tripod, I just got a new one yesterday after the old was broken long time ago...

Shady,
thanks.

Hi there.. I find it strange that you claim that u took that picture by yourself!! This photo is amongst other photos on a site called "freefoto".. You probablly are mad cause i wrote that, but it is a fact and u know it! It is not something nice to claim photos that weren't taked by you and make people think you worked hard and took them! RE think what you are doing and try to change.. It will be for your own good.. I am very sorry i was so forward, but this is not fair for the photographer who took it.. Would u like it to happen to you????

Hello Dallula,
Can you give me the link that posted my photo?

Why do you think I took it from them, and you didn't think that they STOLE my photo?

Ask them: where was this photo taken, what date, which place on earth is that, etc...

I have full documentation to prove that I took the photo.

I am pretty sure i saw those photos on that site.. i have searched again for them, but the site is so filled with thousands of photos. So sue them! www.freefoto.com. I am still searching for those photos, but till now, unable to locate them again, because they are so many. I hope i am wrong, but what made me write the comments was i had just been going through some photos on that site for four entire hours earlier. so i was struck to see them on your site. I hope i am mistaken. But i am still searching though.

Dalulla,
whether you find them or not, these photos are taken by me: I have the original photos, the cropped ones, the resized ones, and I have many more showing me beside this place, etc...

If you find them in that site, it means they stole it from me; you should ask them to acknowledge that and... you still owe me an apology for false accusation.

ok i appologise.. I might have made a big mistake.. but please do post a picture or two of you next to the place.. It would be a good idea.. R, I never argue and am not afraid to say sorry when i have to..Really, i might be wrong, but please publish a picture of you in that place for me to feel that i am really mistaken.. I am really not being sarcastic, but i want you to prove to me that i was really wrong and not imagining. I did my part of aplogies, and mean it sincerly, but you should also do your part and publish them. If you don't no problem, but at least i did what i had to do. I never like to upset people and never like doing any one wrong, unless if they really deserve it.

Dalulla,
your argument is amazing!!

"I did my part of aplogies, and mean it sincerly, but you should also do your part and publish them."

You apologized because you made a mistake: you accused me with no basis, and you were wrong.
The burden of proof is on you, not me. You should show me the similar photo, and I'll send to those who published it to dispute the issue.

Why would I put in this page (dedicated to photolanguage) a photo of me beside the train or the rails? You even don't know what this train is and where it is; it's one of a kind.

My readers trust me and they won't go for silly accusations.
But because I'm nice, if you really want to, send me an email and I'll give you more than one proof (to calm you down!).

hi sorry haven't come here in a long time. I did look for it and did not find it.. SO I DO Apologize Dr. R.. Really.. mistakes happen, and here i am appologizing since i could not find it, or actually stopped looking..

Maybe it was a terrible mistake from me, please do accept my apology... to you and ur readers .

Dalulla,
your apology is accepted. (It was accepted even before you apologize because I already forgot the issue).

This photo was one of many that I took in Chattanooga, Tennessee ofthe "Incline train".
This is a train that helps tourists climb the "Lookout mountain" (which was mentioned in the famous "I have a dream" speech by Martin Luther King"). I paid the ticket (one proof), took the train with three people (three eye witnesses), took some photos from inside (another proof), then on my way back, I found this spot on a bridge that crosses the "Incline" railroad: so I took many successive photos to the Inclines going up and down.

It's one of the engineering wonders because there are only two wagons, one to go up and one to go down. The weight of the wagon going down pulls the other one up thus minimizing energy. I may post some other photos later...

See you around
